The flower has a wonderful white dorsal, sometimes with a purple stripe. Petals and pouch are olive green with some mahogany. Spicerianum is native to parts of northeast India and northwest Burma, where it has been found growing on limestone outcrops, in humus filled indentations. Ours are quite large with several growths, and they are in 3.5 inch pots. We expect many of these will flower next fall. Spicerianum makes a nice addition to any paph collection.
