Tricopilia suavis Common Name: The Soft Trichopilia ( You will receive a typical size plant shown in Picture #3) DESCRIPTION: This medium sized, warm to cool growing epiphytic species is found from Costa Rica to Colombia in low, mossy woods on large branches and tree trunks between 1000 and 1700 meters in elevation. Flowers are 3.5- 4.25" inches in diameter and are very sweetly fragrant. Flowering season is from later winter to early spring. (Flowers last up to 3-4 weeks) You are browsing on a near blooming size plant. (about 1 year from blooming- blooms on a small plant). These plants are least 3-4 years old and are very well established. Don't miss out on this limited collector's item! * Please be aware that the old pseudo bulbs slowly dye off with age (start turning brown and wrinkled). The older pseudo bulbs are like batteries and store the plant nutrients in the old bulbs and slowly run out of energy. SIZE: Plant is potted in a 3" pot.
