Miltoniopsis Princess Diana orchid, shades of pink with white lip

This one is Miltoniopsis Princess Diana 'HOF', a beautiful orchid. It will put out stunning flowers with a waterfall lip. These have several pseudobulbs. When they bloom, the flowers should last 4 to 5 weeks if cared for properly. Multiple spikes are common. The breeding on this mericlone is Miltoniopsis Pearl Ono x Miltoniopsis warscewiczii. These orchids are in 3.5-inch pots and they tend to be spring and fall bloomers. They are blooming size, likely to flower within 18 months or so if properly grown. We think they are actually more likely to bloom next spring. They currently stand 12 to 14 inches high or more measured from the bottom of the pot. NOT in flower now. Often called "The Pansy Orchid," many of them have a wonderful fresh fragrance. For home and hobby growers, we recommend them as a house plant.
